Cancellation of order

If a client cancels an order after the fabric has been received, the cost of return postage plus a 10% administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy applies to all returns.

Risk of loss

All fabric sent by post to and from LOVE BEARS ALL is at the Clients risk. When posting fabric, it is up to the Client which courier company and type of postage to use. We strongly recommend adding 'Return to Sender' on the back of mail bags. LOVE BEARS ALL is not liable for any loss or damage to fabric that occurs while it is in transit or in our possession. This includes loss or damage caused by fire, theft or negligence. Clients are advised to insure their fabric before sending it to LOVE BEARS ALL. We will always confirm when your fabric arrives.
